Do you offer discounts?

Discounts are automatically applied to bulk orders at Checkout.
5% Discount on orders exceeding R1000.
10% Discount on orders exceeding R5000.

What branding options do you offer?

Inhouse Branding - Various options available (please enquire)

Do you offer free branding?

Free branding is offered on selected products.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Our store uses PayFast as a payment processing service which offers a variety of payment methods, such as the use of Instant EFT or credit card.

How can I return a product?

To start a return, you can contact us at dhs@mweb.co.za to request a Return Form which needs to be completed and signed off by the original purchaser. DHS will assist you with the return procedure.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No, we currently only deliver to people who reside in South Africa.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

If your product requires branding then it will take approximately 7-10 working days. If your product is unbranded, then it will take approximately 3 working days.

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

No account is needed to place an order.

Will I be charged delivery fees?

Delivery fees may apply to certain products and areas which are at the discretion of DHS.

Standard Fee: R175.
Fee For Edible Goods: R100.
